Catechist Ernest Kwarteng Commends Chichi Fening Foundation for Impactful Health Screening Initiative
Catechist Ernest Kwarteng has praised the Chichi Fening Foundation for its unwavering commitment to providing healthcare support to vulnerable members of society, urging the organization to continue its life-changing humanitarian work.
Speaking in an interview with Rev. William Akotuah about the Foundation and its journey so far, Catechist Ernest Kwarteng described the latest edition of the Foundation's free health screening exercise as a remarkable success. According to him, this year's event recorded a significant improvement in participation compared to previous editions.
He noted that it was his first time witnessing such a large number of people queuing to undergo medical screening, adding that the majority of participants were adults and elderly people who greatly benefited from the exercise.
Catechist Ernest Kwarteng revealed that health professionals identified about ten serious medical cases during the screening, explaining that these conditions could have developed into severe health complications if they had gone undetected. He stressed that the Foundation's intervention had undoubtedly helped save lives and improve the health of many beneficiaries.
Describing the initiative as timely and impactful, he encouraged the Chichi Fening Foundation to remain committed to its mission, emphasizing that many people continue to need access to quality healthcare services.
He also appealed to individuals, corporate organizations, and philanthropists to support and invest in the Foundation's activities to enable it to expand its reach and continue providing essential healthcare services to those in need.
